PRECONDITION OF APPLICATION

REGISTERED CAPITAL AND GARVENMENT CHARGE
There is no request of Labuan company registration. But there is USD 500 as the government charge in the first year if the registered capital is above USD 13,000; and USD 800 in the first year if the registered capital is between USD 13,000 and USD 263,000; and USD 263000 in the first year if the registered capital is above USD 263,000. From the second year, the government charge would be USD 900 each year without reference to the registered capital.

COMPANY NAME
There is need of an English name for the company. Chinese name also can be added.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED
Company name and the Chinese company name if there is; information and identity certificate of director & shareholder (duplicate copy of passport or ID); and distribution of stock rights.
